The project was implemented for two years (from 2006 to 2008). The business centre has an area of 1450 m2. A parking lot is located on the underground part. The above-ground part contains its own parking, shops – on the ground floor, and offices on the upper floors. The building houses the head office and shop of Stantek Ltd.
